I’m very happy to announce the release of episode 9 of Back Home on Itch.io.

Episode 9 (version 0.4.p1) covers the first part of the fourth day of your epic journey back home. There are 424 new images and 29 animations, making it the second largest episode so far.

There are two story lines. The main story line continues if you said goodbye to Hester or Shelly in the previous episode. If you stayed with the Twins, there’s an alternative story line. If you didn’t end with the twins, you can watch that story when you get the chance to take a look at your phone. Don’t forget. I wanted to make it available through the main menu as well, but I didn’t succeed to make that work yet.

I had to change the phone quite a bit, because the idea has always been that you could keep in touch with the girls you met. I’m not a computer programmer by profession, not even an advanced amateur. I’m a noob, so please be patient with me.

As of day 4, the phone plays a more important  role in the story. Don't forget to check it.
